Come and hear about NHS plans for the future of healthcare in your community11/04/2019

If you are interested to hear about the future of NHS healthcare in North Hampshire, you are invited to attend a meeting held in public of the Partnership Board where our local transformation plan will be discussed by Board members.

The meeting is being held on Thursday, 25 April, at 3pm in the Council Chamber, Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council Offices, London Road, Basingstoke, RG21 4AH from 3.00pm – 5.00pm.

The Partnership Board is made up of Governing Body members of North Hampshire CCG, Fareham and Gosport CCG, South East Hampshire CCG as well as representatives from North East Hampshire and Farnham CCG.

Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) ‘buy’ (or commission) most of the hospital and community NHS services in the local areas for which they are responsible.

Commissioning involves deciding what services are needed for diverse local populations, and ensuring that they are provided.

More information about the meeting is available here.
