Annual Accounts
We will publish our annual accounts, together with our annual audit letter from our external auditors, on our website when available each year. Tha Annual Accounts and Annual Report can be accessed on the Key Documents page.

The CCG approves its financial plan for each year as part of its overall commissioning strategy and operating plan. Additionally the Board receives a financial report every time it meets to enable review of variances against plans, risks and issues, mitigating and rectification actions. This regular budget information can be found in the CCG Board Papers.

Financial expenditure over £25,000
A monthly-updated list of all financial transactions spending over £25,000 made by NHS North Hampshire CCG as part of the Government's commitment to transparency in expenditure is published here for: 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019.

Additionally you can search for this expenditure relating to any public body on the DataGov website.

Financial Governance
The CCG has a range of policies and procedures which govern our financial management arrangements. These include our:

Staff and Board Members’ allowances and expenses
Details of the CCG Board Members’ allowances and expenses, including those for senior staff at grade 8d or above, for the last financial year are published in the Annual Report each year.

Procurement procedures follow guidance set out in the Directive 2004/18/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council.

  • The Official Journal of the European Community: this is the publication in which all tenders from the public sector which are valued above a certain financial threshold according to EU legislation must be published.
  • www.gov.uk/contracts-finder: This portal contains contracts worth over £10,000 with the government and its agencies.

List and value of contracts awarded
The CCG will make available some background information relating to the tenders sought and awarded on request; items not included will be those where issues of commerciality or confidentiality are involved.
